I dont know what kind of bird,maybe a cockatail,parrot,I want the smartest bird.I dont want to pay 500 dollars for a bird..I will buy at a fair price...I just dont know which bird is the smartest out of them too..I know there is alot of different parrots..so if someone can let me know that would be great..thanks
