I Moved from the East Coast into the brand new Cool Springs Apts in June to work in Dallas, but due to an unexpected family emergency, will need to move back by November 15, 2009. I am seeking someone(s) to take over my lease that runs through June of 2010. My rent is $672 as I got the move in special, The market rent for the exact same apt is now $800+ per month. ***If you can move in by Nov.1, 2009, I will pay $100 towards your first month's rent and leave the security deposit on the apt so that you will not have to pay one. You will just have to qualify with the Leasing Office (no felonies, decent credit, and cosigners welcome).
You will get 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located directly in front of the pool, (it is a great view and the sun faces AWAY from my apt so my electric bill averages maybe $75 with AC on all the time, my nightly cooking, and diswasher running. My water runs about $5 month. Hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom and carpet in bedroom and living area. Carpet is in perfect condition as I have no children or pets. I have never had an issue with my neighbors nor pool patrons and I swear there is an unofficial community cookout/pool party every Sunday :) Everyone has been genuinely nice and courteous. There is a covered parking garage with open and ample spaces for one or more vehicles, security patrols the lot in the evenings and throughout the night and I have never had any problems. You may also park right in front of the building. There are a few trash rooms located behind closed doors in the garage for you to toss your garbage. The Target shopping center is in walking distance (TJMAX, DSW, Old Navy, Stonebriar Mall, Irish Pub, Gloria's, Applebee's, etc) There is also an onsite fitness center/gym that I LOVE. Animals are ok also. Perfect for a single or a couple.
This has been a great apartment and I will certainly miss living here as rent on the East Coast is about double for the same amenities, square footage, etc. If you are interested please contact me ASAP! via email and I will respond shortly!
