The cottage has been recently renovated with a new covered porch and entry/sitting area; new living room with vaulted ceiling & fan with electric fireplace, 32" flatscreen satellite TV with DVD and VCR, and walkout to a separate deck with recessed hot tub and bar; new kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar and walkout to another deck with BBQ and patio furniture. The dining room seats 6 and has a professionally-installed Napoleon woodstove against a exposed genuine brick wall. Two bedrooms have comfy queen beds, while the third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed with TV and N64. Outside, enjoy toasting marshmallows at the firepit while enjoying the night sky. There is a large play area for the kids including a play centre with swings and slide. The shallow waterfront allows parents to relax a little while the kids are playing, but you can still launch the rowboat to go fishing in Eagle Harbour. *$65 cleaning charge is extra during the summer, and in the fall if the cleaner is available. Otherwise a $100 cleaning deposit is charged, refunded upon satisfactory cleaning of cottage for the next family. Bedding & towels not provided.
