1st first layer is 30", 2nd is 36" (waistline or fingertip, depending on how u wear it). The shorter layer only has the bugle beads and seed beads alternating on the scallop (all hand made work), and then a hanging crystal in shape of tear drop on end of each scallop. The crystals are big and genuine swarovski. This particular veil will be available after September 30th.I am selling it for $75. I dont mind shipping it to you at no extra charge. It comes attached to a metal comb, which is sturdier than plastic. It is very well made and still in "like-new" condition.This is light ivory..
