Up For Sale..A 2002 Sea Doo Islandia 22 ft Deck Boat in GREAT Condition!
This boat has just had a new engine put in it and does not yet have an hour on it. It has a 240 Mericruser Jet drive engine in it with dual exhaust pipes. It has ALOT of power and can spin on a dime just like a jet ski, its a BLAST to drive. It has a shower, changing room with porta potty area, sink, after market Pioneer CD Player with Pioneer Marine Speakers, a kiddy pool area with fountain that is unique to Islandias where your children can play, or you can cool your feet off. Tons of storage, newly recovered seats, dual ladders, ski lockers, battery switch, bimini top and much more.
The inside is in great condition. It also comes with a cover and galvanized trailer both in GREAT condition. The only visible imperfection is that underneath the boat there was a black coating put on to protect the under-hull of the boat. These protectors are great for the life of the boat, they just wear off over time and need to be applied back on. This boat has been kept up out of the water and covered. I have never had it sitting in the water for more than a day or two.
I just had a new engine put in, which was almost $7000 as well as a few things done to the engine to make it run better (different oil system, water catcher on engine). Basically you will be getting, mechanically, a BRAND NEW BOAT for a quarter of the cost. The 2009 still have the same body style and same features as this boat, only they sell for almost $50,000.
