FOR SALE: Gently Used Camper Priced for Quick Sale!!... This is a wonderful unit for growing families! Lightweight, easy to maneuver, yet plenty of sleeping room and lots of convenient features. This unit offers substantial storage inside the unit as well as a large, pass-through storage compartment below the unit.
The carpeted Master Bedroom is in the front of the unit and offers a walk-around queen bed which is straddled by two wardrobe closets and three over-bed cabinets. A handy flip up shelf can hold a small TV, thanks to nearby power and cable TV outlets. For privacy, a bi-fold door can separate the MBR from the main unit. The queen bed is on struts and flips open to provide access to a huge under-bed storage compartment.
In the center of the camper, there is a jack knife sofa which opens to a full-size bed (which is quite comfy to sleep on -- it's our kids favorite bed!). Above the sofa is a row of overhead cabinets with abundant storage for supplies. The dinette has two bench seats which flip open to provide storage for canned goods, extra cookware, or whatever you wish. Above the dinette is another set of overhead cabinets as well as the AM/FM/CD stereo, and a shelf for a TV. The kitchen and sofa are in the slide-out which electrically glides open to provide and additional 18 inches of space to move around inside the camper.
The full kitchen contains a double sink, a three-burner stove, a 17" oven, a microwave/range hood combination and a 6-cu foot flush-mount refrigerator. Next to the refrigerator is a large pantry which can hold all the dry goods you need for your extended camping trips!
In the rear of the camper, there is a twin bunk over a full bed. Once again, the full bed is on struts and will flip open to provide access to a very large storage compartment under the bed. This is also how you access the water pump for quick and easy winterizing.
The bathroom is adjacent to the full bed in the rear corner of the camper. The ABS tub/shower surround is great if you have small children because you have the option of giving baths or showers. The bathroom features all the essentials including a medicine cabinet with mirror, 12V roof vent and a 110V electric outlet to power your hair dryer or electric razor.
Jayco designed significant light fixtures throughout the unit, so you will always have plenty of light for reading, cooking or playing board games on a rainy day.
Special features on the exterior of the unit include a Carefree 18' awning, a portable outside gas grill (which attaches to the side of the camper and comes with its own carrying case) and an outside shower.
The hitch for this unit has a 2 5/16" hitch coupler. The unit has 10" electric brakes and 15" radial tires on double axles. The Jayco LGT line has frames which are 10-15% lighter than conventional travel trailers. Aerodynamic design, lighter weight and standard enclosed underbelly make towing easier and more efficient.
The cabinets in this unit are Westview maple with flat-panel doors and drawers with strong mortise-and-tenon joints and screwed stile construction.
