I’m a 39 year old professional American nanny from Buffalo. After 10 years of living and working abroad as a nanny I have decided to move to Toronto as it is closer to my home town. I am currently living in Paris where I am working with 7 month old twins. I’ve lived and worked in Paris as a nanny for 8 years, several months in Madrid, and almost 2 years in London.
I am fluent in French with the occasional error and that charming American accent :-) I have 10 years of childcare experience with children of all ages including newborns. I’m well educated, caring, pro-active, reliable, fun yet firm, non-smoking, dynamic, and flexible. I am CPR certified and have an extensive criminal background report.
I am looking for a full time position with a nice family starting sometime between mid November and January.
I believe my job as your nanny would be to help you raise your children in the best way possible based on your morals and values. During my work day, I am happy to do school runs, wash and iron children’s clothes, help with homework, bathing, prepare fresh, nutritious meals, insist on good manners, and have lots of fun! I do not do housecleaning but will always keep things tidy.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to come to Toronto for an interview. I am not planning on going back there until I secure a position. I am however available to meet and speak with you through Skype, telephone, and emails. I have been hired by two families in this manner and it works out very well!
In return for my services I do ask for a competitive salary, as well as paid vacations and bank holidays.
