I am a real estate investor. I buy LOADS of real estate CHEAP. I have a rehab company that makes the property PRETTY. I then sell it or do a cash refi. At that point I will pay you off (principal and interest). Average deals will take 6 mths to do. Will consider sums of money over 10K for investment. Below 10K it is cost and time ineffective to mess with.
