Oliver was hand fed as a baby, and is a real sweetheart. He is very gently, friendly and loves attention. He came to us w/ his wings clipped, but we have not clipped them since. He hangs out on his cage, and will come down to visit you. He does not talk yet, but mumbles. We were told that he will talk as he gets older. He is very smart. My son spent a lot of time w/ him but he is leaving for college and cannot take him, and we have no time w/ our busy work schedule.
