This is a 1972 moble home for 2500 or land contract with 500 down and 200 a month. It 3 bedroom and one and a half bath. The furance is gas and only 1 1/2 old and so is the central air unit but the air needs to be recharged. two windows are cracked and the kitchen sink and the little bath room water wront go down because theres something stuck in the pipe some where but thats all that needs replaced.Can stay on rented lot in SouthBloomfield trailer park off 23 if accepted.
