My cakes are of the highest quality diapers (Pampers Swaddlers, unless otherwise requested), ribbon and flowers and other decorations if needed. I can add as little or as much as you like to any cake. They can be made in 1,2,3 or 4 tiers, the most popular being the 3 tier. I can also make diaper cupcakes.
