28 year old F seeking M or F roommate to share 2BR apartment in Wilkes Barre, PA. All utilities are included in rent (i.e: heat, gas, water, electric, trash/sewer, garbage, snow removal, etc.) There will be an additional cost of $70/month for cable, internet and phone. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit. Apartment is a first floor apartment and the common areas are fully furnished by myself. The only furniture you need is that which you would like to put in your own bedroom. You will have your own private bedroom and will share bathroom and remaining living space with myself. Availability to move in immediately if needed. There is a $30 application fee for criminal background, credit check and employment verification done by the complex for each tenant.
