The object is to be the first player to score 500 points. Points are scored by getting rid of all of the cards in your hand before your opponent. When a Spin card is played, someone must spin the wheel. Will luck be on your side. It could lead to picking up more card, changing hands, discarding card, and so on. In a single turn everything can change.
