Apartments are fairly new, only 3 years old. There is an in-ground pool, tanning bed, workout center, pool table, ping-pong table, computer labs, and study rooms. Very fun place to live. Every room has its own full bathroom. I am only subletting my room because I am graduating in December and relocating to Illinois. Apartment is available December 15th, I will pay Decembers rent. So you would only pay the sublease from January through July (with an option to renew if you would like). Apartment is on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the courtyard, it is a great location. Room is right by the parking deck access which is also very convenient. Roommates are very easy going and fun people to live with, they also have a 50 inch plasma tv, Bose surround sound, and Xbox Elite in the living room, which makes this apartment an even better place to stay!
