I have a very bonded pair of Quaker Parrots. 3 yrs old normal green in color. Not banded but they were captive bred and hand raised. Male talks some. They are activly building another nest in the new nest box. They have had 2 clutches this year and 3 last year. I would keep them but I just don't have the time for the babies at this point and time in my life. My loss your gain :-)
