Due to unfortunate circumstances of losing my job and my apartment, I need to rehome my two wonderful American Pit Bull Terriers. One boy (4) and one girl (5), both fixed and up to date on shots. They are very sweet, wonderful with kids, and love nothing more than a good cuddle. The little girl is very active and loves to go for walks and fetching balls in the yard. The boy loves being outside but prefers a good spot on the couch with his head in your lap. These are not fighting or guard dogs, they are companion animals and love people. They do not get along with other dogs, or at least are very picky about them. I would prefer they stay together as they've been together for 4 years.
Small, reasonable rehoming fee and home visit applies to local private homes. Any breed rescues or no-kill shelters that can keep me up to date on their progress, will not have a fee and will also be compensated with a donation to take care of them. Out of state shelters, I will work with you to get them to you.
This is urgent. I need to find a home for them by the 5th of November. This is a heartbreaking situation for me and I do NOT want to take them to a kill shelter, so please, if you have room for these awesome dogs, let me know. Please don't waste my time or theirs.
