about Me: well, first off, I'm gay, very straight acting, but gay, if that's going to be a problem, then don't respond back, lol... I'm quiet, laid back, drug free, social drinkers(rarely drink), full-time worker, and spend free times out with friends or at home in front of the TV or stove (we love to cook). I am a 25 y/o UCR grad who works full time and goes to school full time. I love animals and have several small/medium dogs which are all crate trained, potty trained, and well behaved. They ONLY have full roam of the house when we are home, otherwise, they are in my room, outback, or in their crates. I also have a saltwater fish tank. As you can tell, I'm animal people, you should be too if responding. I am very friendly and open-minded.
The house: It is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom at about 1500 sqft with new laminate wood/tile flooring and all freshly painted rooms/common areas. The house is fully furnished with a galore of appliances, washer/dryer, and tons of space which is yours to use. The rent is $550/month not including electric (will be split eveningly 4 ways with copies of statement if needed). Basic Cable, Internet, water, and gas will be paid by me. You will also have a shared full bathroom which is not attached to the room (pictured). The house is located on Ironwood and Pigeon Pass North of the 60 freeway next to Sunnymead Ranch, 10 minutes to UCR, 15 to RCC, seconds from In N Out along with several other newer restaurants and down the street from an Albertsons. We are literally minutes away from everything and anything. We also have a Costco memebership which we will not mind taking you with. You will only be staying with three people in the house(a laid back Straight roommate *UCR student* and my boyfriend) not including yourself of course. We are very laid back people so if you are a TOTAL stress case, please DO NOT RESPOND.
The Room: The room available faces east on the house with a big window with detached shared bath with one person and a large closet. Your room will also come with locks on your door for your own privacy (only I will have the spare key). You are also allowed overnight guest and a limit of 3 people over at any one time with exceptions (ie, hanging out with friends is great but no parties or persons spending weeks on at times). The room is also furnished with a sofa futon, desk, chair, and light (not shown in pic)
No Alcoholics or Druggies! Social/moderate drinkers are fine, but no drugs. Outside smokers will be accepted as well with limitation (i.e, no chimney/chain smokers that drags into the house). Please call/text 714-515-9898 anytime, I work weekend nights. Oh, and leave a message :)
