Midwest Chihuahuas is excited to announce the confirmed pregnancy of Jezebel, our beautiful sabled brindle female weighing in at 4.52 lbs and standing 7 inches tall at the withers. Little Jezebel has been mated to Rufus, our beautiful chocolate tri-color double longcoated stud weighing 3.02 lbs and standing 6.25# at the withers.
As of November 4, 2009, xray confirms pregnancy and Jezebel appears to be carrying 5 very tiny puppies. Approximate due date for delivery is November 16, 2009 with puppies able to go to their new homes on or after January 10, 2009.
Puppies born of this mating will see our veterinarian, Dr. Brent Couts, several times before going to their new homes. Well-checks are done by our vet as well as shots appropriate to age. Midwest Chihuahuas requires interested famillies to please fill out and email to us the puppy application found on our website and return it for approval. Once approved, families will be placed on the waiting list and notified upon arrival of puppies.
