I am looking to sublease my place in a 3 bed/2 bath house. 2 female roommates, both are very nice and quite, not really at home most of the time. Both go to UGA. Total of 3 dogs and 1 cat in house, but 2 of the dogs are only there maybe 2 days out of the week (stay at her boyfriend's house the rest of the time), and the other one stays in the back yard when owner is not at home.
Bedroom comes with queen size bed and chest of drawers, whole house furnished. Rent $450/month including all utilities and trash service. On the North side, in a small, quiet Neighborhood off of Newton Bridge Road. Near loop, about 5 minutes from downtown, and close to stores, but for enough that it's not the "college scene". Fenced in Yard! No deposit or pet fees!
