Need to find loving homes for my new baby chinese dwarf hamsters. Half of the litter is the Dominant spot w/white coloring which is usually quite rare and very hard to find, and the other half has the regular brown coloring. This is because the mother hamster is a dominant spot (white) and Father hamster has the regular markings. The Babies were born from healthy parents with no blood relation (so NO inbreeding). They are great pets even for young children because Chinese Dwarf Hamsters are rarely known to nip...unlike many of the other Hamster breeds out there. Unlike most dwarf hamster breeds, they are not very fast or jumpy. In fact ours are so calm they actually fall asleep in our hands or on our laps while we are watching tv. They are NOT technically nocturnal so instead they are most active in the MORNING and in the EVENING. But they are still active part of the night so they sleep in the middle of the day. My young kids do great with them and OURS have NEVER bitten (but remember like any animal with teeth they have the ability to bite). They are adorable little creatures and a lot of fun to have as pets. There is a small adoption fee of $15, neg. to good homes and we will send your new hammie home with some starter food and bedding.
