Skeeter is a 16 week old Catahoula Puppy. We are told he could be a purebred, as he certainly looks it, but we are not sure. He has unusual fur color, a brindle shade but has orange/golden patches in him which makes him an eye catcher. He was found on the road and was meant to be a birthday present, but she was unable to keep him due to family matters so we need to find him a home.
He has NOT had his shots, but has been treated for ticks/worms/and fleas. If you fall in love with him and want him, he'll come with his toys and food and his collar.
Skeeter would do best in a home without young children, due to his energy level. He does ok with other dogs, isn't sure about cats, but he would do best in a home where he is an only pet.
Skeeter will be a medium/large dog, so would need a home with a yard, or a very active family. He adores attention and loves to wrestle.
Please if you find it in your heart to take him, please email us. We would like a small rehoming fee for him (to help pay for food and such), but most of all we want him to go to a good home.
We can meet halfway if needed, but would prefer pick up.
