We currently have vacancies for Mystery Shoppers across the USA. We are an established and reputable company that handles outsourced customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of well-known big name companies.
Tasks are usually very simple and can be done with ease from home. 99% of our customers companies are online based, so if you are reading this you have all the equipment needed to complete our tasks.
Available tasks will be emailed to you regularly and will entail you doing something a normal customer would do, like taking a survey, contacting customer support or searching for information on the website. You would then fill in our datasheets (answers are usually tickboxes, multiple choice or rating from 1 to 10) and send your findings back to us.
Payment varies but is always specified upfront before you do any work.
