PRICE REDUCED! We have had this listing for quite a while and so far nobody has stepped up to purchase it. Even though the price is well below what you would pay directly from the Cemetery, we are dropping the price down from the original $4200 to $3800. Call around to different cemeteries in Phoenix, and you will find this is a steal.

We have had these side by side burial plots/spaces in the Phoenix area, and then moved a few years ago from Phoenix to Missouri and no longer have a use for it. For this reason we are selling it for a reasonable price. We have all of the paperwork (certificate of ownership in our name, original ownership papers, original purchase invoice, etc).

It's listed as Internment Rights at Sunwest Cemetery, in the Veteran Garden, 2 spaces (details on the paperwork), 2 Vaults, and one Companion Memorial w/Vase.

When we spoke with the sales person there, they offered to trade for equal/comparative spaces in a different part of the cemetery that was non-veteran. I got the impression they really wanted to trade and wanted the space in that section. Please keep in mind that may be a possibility.

We tried to get a figure of comparative worth directly from the Cemetery, however they wouldn't give us an exact price. The only thing they would quote is 2 vaults with permit: $1990, and 1 companion marker w/vase: $1941. These figures don't include the value of the actual 2 lots/spaces. The best we could find is a range of prices for the Phoenix area of $5000-$17,000. They are the private party resale prices, not the price directly from the Cemetery.

We are asking $3800, and buyer pays transfer fee. This price is far below what it would cost for this package if you purchased it from the Cemetery directly.
