I love this phone!

I chose this phone for its QWERTY keyboard and its low radiation output rating. I have loved it. I don't like trying to figure out new features, but would have to with any new phone. I have 5 young children and they have proven it to be durable. It has not frozen up on me or dropped any calls. I have found this phone to be completely reliable. Have had it about 6 months now.

Cons: when face touchs outer screen can disconnect calls
I do like this phone, still learning the functions. The only thing that I don't care about it is you can disconnect the phone while talking should your face get to close to the front exterior.

I've had this phone for a year and it's flawless. I travel cross country and have never had a dropped call or lose service. I use all of the functions including the GPS and email. It's also very handy to check information from the web, got a question...? Just Google it! Easy to set up and navigate. Takes a great picture. I would highly recommend this phone.

Thin, compact, sleek and stylish phone! Very durable too! I like the front cover of this phone, it's what makes this phone so stylish and durable! I don't ever use the front touch keys so it doesn't bother me. I actually hate touch phones because they break too easily, and the touch responsiveness lags after a while. Texting is lightning fast on this phone because of the qwerty keyboard! The keys aren't too small, it's not touch, smart qwerty layout, and smart qwerty keys, like the smiley icon key, @ key, text key, and camera key, also saves extra time. Wish that the #'s on the qwerty had their own keys, but not enough to give up the thin and compact size. Love the one click feature too! I get to what I need fast! I use Nav, Messages, Emails,and Voicemail all the time, so I really appreciate how fast I can access them, especially when driving! Thank you Sprint and Sanyo, you guys hit a homerun with this phone! I love this phone!

The Ups (mainly) and Downs of the Sanyo Incognito

Cons: Bulky, not many case options, tochscreen not always responsive, touchscreen feels rather cheap, left softkey can be unresponsive at times, battery life
I love my Incognito! I have had it for almost 6 mos now and I am inn love with the keyboard! I tried texting on my sister's Exclaim (which has a wider keyboard) but the button size and raised-level cannot compare! Also superior to my moms compact Lotus. I have recently been having touchscreen problems, but you can do everything on the inside you can on the outside, which is what I've been doing (save for conversations). Also, My left soft key hasn' been responding either, but two flaws I am willing to overlook for the continued use of my Incognito! Also, for battery life, I get a lot of texts/day (not more than 150, though, and my battery is dead before the end of the day! But that's why we have chargers!

Keyboard is the best!

The keyboard is the best feature, it is the best feeling of all the phones I tried. The keys are a good size and there is room in between them so you don't mistakenly hit two at a time. The screen isn't HUGE but it is decent enough for media, text, email etc.
I like the dedicated keys for emoticons and camera and text. Nice touch. The front screen is just fun! People say the slide button is hard but after some practice it is fine, I think. I like that it can be set to vibrate when you are dialing.
Battery life is really good. Mild usage = about 48 hours in the green. Using a lot will get you a full day.
The feel of it in my hands is good as well. I have smaller sized hands. Also, I like that I can still slide it into my jeans front pocket!
The only minor annoyance is the camera location...I keep covering up the lens with my hand when I take a picture!
Overall great value. Great features, awesome keyboard, sleek design, dedicated keys for camera text ect.

Compared to other phones I have used (Sanyo katana Series) this phone takes some getting used to. The outside screen has to be unlocked to use, but it does prevent accidental hangups. You can adjust the time in the settings. The keyboard is great for texting, good feel to the keys when you use them. I like the quality of the screen for videos and pictures. Again, it takes getting used to the new set up, but overall it is a GREAT PHONE.

I got this phone one week ago and this is truly one of the best phones i ever had. I really like this phone. This phone is awesome in the front of it is all touch screen and its really nice. When you open it there is a really nice keybad and its really nice to feel and you can text people really fast in it. If you are a kid this is a perfect phone for you.

I love this phone. Its cool and not bulky and love the touch sensitive keypad.The full qwerty keyboard is very spacious and good for quick texts.One thing that i wish could be better is the touch sensitive.I wish you could text on the front just for fast,quick texts.But overall its a very good phone.I liked it even better than the lg env3.I would highly recommend it to younger people who like to text.that is all I have to say about the Sanyo incognito.

I actually have this phone in the Boost Mobile version, and I have to say it is the nicest phone i've had. The front touch panel locks when your in a call, and texting on the front really wouldn't be nescarry when you have a nice keyboard inside. I have no problems with it, I love my phone and so do my friends. The battery life is nice for me, it lasts pretty much all day and I just charge it every night. Very fast 3G service!

The Sanyo Incognito is a big change from the HTC Touch Pro, although I think it is a lot better. The keyboard is very good and the buttons are big. The front screen is better than I expected. The only bad part of the phone is that the battery life is low-it gets drained when internet and apps are used. I would recommend this phone to anyone who likes to text.

Great Solid Phone

Honestly this phone is pretty solid and I like that it flips open alot better then a slide out keyboard, such as the Exclaim and rants. I seriously had so Many problems and replacements with the Rants, mostly software, so they got me into the Exclaim, which when it worked was a good phone. But the first 3 replacements was because of it freezing, shutting off, not recieving signal and other issues like that and then the next 3 were because the Ribbon from the board to the screen broke because it slides 2 directions. That made 6 Replacements in 6 months and back and forth trips to Sprint repair center 20 miles away. Sprint got me into the Incognito and It's a solid nice phone and will hopefully last just like the Katanas did that were saving me when my exclaim died. The touch screen isn't as bad as everyone says and the phone locks once your in a call so you wont accidently hit numbers like some people said. The keyboard is nice and better laid out then any other phone i used and I have big hands, I am 6'4" tall, so to have a phone that i can text with ease is nice.

well I like this phone but thats my personal opinion. of course like most phones it kinda uses up the battery when you use the internet or music player alot. i'm a big fan of power save modes on phones, and this phone has it which i like.i think the phone would be even cooler if you could text from the outside with the touch part. camera clarity is good, no flash though. internet and music isn't that slow. it hasn't dropped any of my calls or anything.texting is really easy and good on it. overall i think this is a really good phone i'm really into it.
