Qualifications:
• Must have experience with Inbound Account/s
• Has a friendly and courteous attitude
• Must be reliable and customer-oriented

• Experience with Australian/British Account is a PLUS
• Is able to mimic/trainable for the Australian or British Accent (training is available)
