I have approx 60 acres of wooded land for lease for deer hunting from October 1st to January 1st. This covers the season for archery and rifle deer hunting. The land has a quarter mile of M-37 frontage and runs back approx 1/2 mile. Being on a major road the land is accessible even during snowfall. This land will easily accommodate 4 to 5 hunters. I will lease to one party or a group of 4 to 5. I would require one of two options. You can sign a waiver of liability to me (I have blank forms all ready) or you can provide me with an insurance rider covering you for any firearms accidents while you hunt. This insurance is inexpensive and usually runs about $100 for the season depending on your agency). This land has produced some trophy bucks year after year. The price to lease is $1200 for the season or $300.00 per hunter. We usually all meet at the same time (when individuals are not in same party) so you know the other people leasing.
