Booklet in very good condition - there is some soiling to the cover, looks like some faded red streaks, very light, but visible and on the back cover there is (again, fade, very light but visible) scribbles. There is also so very small crayon line inside front cover. Original price sticker on cover.

The binding is tight and the pages clean, patterns intact. Appears unused, except for the cover wear.
