Extent of Damage The panels were dropped out of the boxes and the panels were chipped, cracked or broken louver. The freight company marked the boxes flat despite the boxes being marked, 'DO NOT LAY FLAT,' stacked them on top of each other and blew out all the end caps. After they went to pick them up and dropped the panels out of the boxes.
