do not send money for delivery service for a bullmastiff puppy from bill nelson. he is a liar and this is definitely a scam. he is in cohoots with rocket pet transport service and after you send the $250 fee they collect the funds through money gram and then send you emails requesting $1720 before they can ship the puppy. when you refuse, bill comes up with a bs complaint about not having the funds and then that he borrowed part of the funds and can you please send the additional funds so that the poor puppy does not sit at the agency. he plays on your sympathy with a bs story about his dead daughter and how he relocated from illinois to south salt lake utah. however you send the money to ft lauderdale florida and then the additional funds are asked to be sent via western union to camaroon! this is fraud. i have reported them both to money gram and western union to stop any potential future victims of falling into the same trap i did.
