The Dragon Power Program is available for team sports training. Soccer Hockey and Baseball clubs benefit from this program by taking their strength and conditioning to the next level. This affordable alternative yields impressive results and positions the team or individual far ahead of others in their sport. Traditional training with most sports clubs fails on most occasions to meet desired results , an individual program with a qualified coach is the best solution that gets results.
Founded in 2001, now with over 150 members, the Durham Dragons Track Club is the most successful and largest running clubs in Durham Ontario. DDAC members from all across the region Pickering Ajax Whitby and Oshawa are runners, joggers, and race walkers of all ages and levels from beginners to the very competitive.
