My Vacation home is a luxury fully equipped deluxe model 12 X 48 (plus add on sun room 12 X 24), covered deck 27 X 12 & it's wheel chair/walker accessible. The home has cable throughout, a private bedroom with queen size bed & a TV, huge living room with 2 couches, lazy boy & a TV, full size kitchen, dinning room, smaller living room with TV, quite reading area/alcove, sitting area at the front of the trailer, fully covered deck with table & chairs, fire pit with chairs, parking for 2 cars, BBQ and much more. Only 30 sec. from Elco Beach and 10 minute walk to main street, pool, shops, restaurant etc.
THE PARK has 24 hr. security, 4 water slides, 18 hole mini golf, swimming pool, children's water play pool, hot tubs, tennis, basketball & skateboard courts, 4 beaches, huge quarry with paddle boat rentals, golf cart rental, church, restaurants, pizza pizza & other fast foods, grocery store, laundromats, children's game room/arcade, and much more. It also has a new Par 3- 9 hole golf course. There are weekly fireworks, daily events and lots of fun and exciting activities. Also new in 2007 Fun stars shows, party dances, talent competition and much more.
RENTAL RATES
May to June 23rd..... $850 wk
June 24th to August 25th = $1,300 (weekly only)
August 26 to Sept. 4th .... #1,100
September 5th to October 27 ... $850
Rental Periods start on Sunday 4 pm until Saturday 10 am.
Security Deposit $500 (fully refundable)
ID required at time of signing Rental Agreement
50% Deposit on booking
Full payment balance at least 2 weeks prior to check-in.
Cancellations must be with at least 72 hr. notice NO refunds on last minute cancellations (with less than 72 hrs. notice)
