every year pecan acres pets raises several hundred quaker parrots, some of which are held back to put into another breeding program. due to the need for more space for other quaker parrots in our genetics program, we usually sell about 30 pairs of our normal green quaker parrot breeders each year. all of these breeders have been surgically sexed by dr. scott mcdonald dvm, of chicago, illinois, or dna sexed thru avian biotech in florida. all of these quakers have been raised in a colony situation and are acclimated to the seasonal weather conditions of the st. louis, missouri area. if you feel that you are in a position to provide a quality environment for these breeders and wish to obtain some of them, please contact us. pricing: to be announced. per pair price does not include shipping costs via delta pets first, nor does it include pet taxi cost. if you have an interest in some quality quaker parrot breeders, we will be glad to hear from serious inquiries only. ask to be put on our quaker breeder's mailing list.
