Weedsbgone Screen The screening is made of fiberglass thus giving it long life and also makes it environmentally friendly. How it works is, it keeps the suns rays from penetrating the weeds thus keeps them from growing. The screen is good for approx.7-10 years. We cut the screen to 7ft. by 25ft. lengths and strategically put in place weighting to keep screen from rising to the waters surface. This also makes for an easier installation. We recommend cutting before screening depending on time of year. This will make the install of the screening easier. If installed before weeds rise to surface, it will make the job a lot easier. We can cut and screen or you can apply the screening yourself.

Environmentally friendly way of ridding weeds .We cut them with 2 different machines. One is a hand held lake weed cutter in which we can do the shoreline . The other aquatic weed control cutter is mounted on the front of the boat where we can cut down as far as 4.5 Ft. After they are cut we gather them with a water plow that mounts to the front of the boat and push what we can into shore and out of the water. This is a much more environmentally friendly way to rid of weeds rather than using a aquatic weed killer to kill mill-foil and other weeds you may have in your lake. We feel that this is the best way of to your aquatic plant control and ridding of your lake weeds. We also carry a aquatic screening which we can lay down on the lake bottom which will also help your aquatic plant control.
