This cast iron angel bench measures 17 1/4" high, 24" across and 11
1/2" deep. Angel design in a the legs of the bench. (Fabric may
vary).

Foreign Shipments:
We currently do not offer International
shipping.
APO, FPO Shipping:
Due to strict government regulation we no
longer ship to these locations.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands
and other US Territories:
We will ship to these locations. Generally US Mail is
the least expensive means, however, please be advised ship time can take as long
as 4 or 5 weeks. Email us for shipping price.
Shipping Damages or
Shortages:
Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages.
The carrier must be informed and note either of these conditions. Any damages or
shortages must also be reported to Terrells Retail within 24 hours of receiving
of your order.
Incorrect Address, Not in on 3 delivery attempts or Change of
Address Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to
Terrells Retail due to the following: (incorrect address, no-one available to
accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed)
will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order. Unfortunately,
UPS and the USPS will not refund the shipping cost and therefore we must pass
this cost on if you have provided incorrect information. In fact UPS charges us
an additional $7.00 per package, so please be sure to provide a valid address
that a package can be delivered to successfully.
Refused Package:
All orders
that are refused upon deliver will be cancelled upon return. All money collected
on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling
charges.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Terrells Retail or its
affiliates accept liability for any special, indirect, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sales or delivery of
goods or services. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort,
strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyers damages exceed the amount of the
purchase price of the goods or services.
Area of Service
We will ship to
any US destination serviced by USPS or UPS except for APO and FPO’s (due to the
9/11 USPS regulations). We also ship internationally if certain qualifications
are met, which may include membership type, order size, destination country and
specific product.
Changes:
We reserve the right to post changes to fees for
products or services at anytime. We also reserve the right to correct
typographical errors without honoring the error. Such changes will become
effective immediately unless otherwise indicated.
