ManitobArt.ca is a
Gallery project started by Wess Gabra and Bonaventure Sevi to showcase Manitoba
Art and to produce re-prints of the works to be sold or leased.
The Space is
adjacent the other property. The Gallery consists of 1,150 Square ft.
and has
two offices in the back,a welcome area in the front, a washroom, and showroom
that loops around and allows the customers to peruse the art on either side of
them. This lovely little shop also has the rights to the parking lot beside the
condominium building adjacent to the clothing store. Holding the rights to this
lot allows the owner to charge condominium owners parking fees. The current
parking fee is 35$ per month per stall. The lot consists of 21 stalls so the
