Most items ship within 48 hours. Incoming items may
take up to 7-10 days, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little longer. We DO
NOT POST an item as backordered unless we know it will be unavailable for an
extended time period. We stock so very many items, and orders are incoming 24
hours a day. When stock on an item reaches a low point, we reorder at that time.
Depending on where your order is in the que, your order could ship from backup
or from replenishment inventory. We do not mark these items as backordered
because we know they are readily available and incoming on a shipment.
Otherwise, we'd be updating an item as backordered on Monday, and back in on
Tuesday, etc. We will email the order status as it changes if customers order
and the item is backorder. Please wait at least seven days before inquiring
about a shipment. We monitor our shipments constantly to be sure there is not a
product issue; sometimes things can occur that cause a longer than expected ship
time, but that instance is rare. Once an order is placed, it is in processing.
Refunds for placed orders require approval from customer service and a valid
reason. Arrival dates for backordered items are ESTIMATED and not guaranteed.
Email us if you like. Don't forget that if a product is out of stock we will
have to refund your money and customers would have to reorder the item.
Post
Office Boxes are not acceptable with flat rate shipping. Sorry. Please provide a
physical ship to address.
It is recommended to put your phone number on paypal
order form in the ship to area.
We will NEVER contact our customers
directly.
However, our carriers such as DHL may need to contact you for
directions, delivery instructions, etc.
If no number is provided, we will email
you get the phone number and they can then call you.
Order delays can often be
avoided by a simple phone call. So a good contact number is essential.
Packages
returned to us due to insufficient address info provided at order placement will
require additional ship charges for redelivery.
Packages undeliverable due to
gated community prevention of access will be returned to us and will require
additional ship charges and non-gated community address for redelivery.
We do
not deal in antiques. Our depression glass for instance was not made in the
1920's and 1930's. If you see a vintage or antique style item, it is most likely
a reproduction. Please ask if you are not sure.
There seems to be an
expectation with some customers on the internet that you can order, ship and
receive items instantly. We do try to expedite EVERY ORDER; rest assured we are
working on your order the moment it is placed. However, once the order is
placed, the payment must be processed, it is entered in the shipping system, the
item must be pulled, packed, labeled, and shipped. Remember weekends and
holidays also. If an item is at a low stock point, we've already reordered new
inventory and it is on the way. Depending on the number of orders we have for
that item, yours may ship from backup or from incoming; this is why some orders
take 7-10 days sometimes. All incoming orders are subject to prior order
processing, meaning if there is 99 of an item and 100 orders are placed, 99 are
shipped right away and number 100 will ship as soon as replenishment arrives.

Claims for damages, etc. require certain
procedures. These procedures are email if your our customers need to place a
claims. Shipping damages and breakage must be insured to qualify for
replacement.
We will gladly replace any defective items.
With the large
amount of incoming orders, items do sometimes deplete stock. We reorder BEFORE
they run out, but it will depend on where your item is in the que as to whether
yours ships from backup inventory or the reordered inventory. Reordered
inventory arrives daily; if we anticipate a long wait, we put the item in
backorder. We utilize very reliable suppliers, so rest assured we and our
manufacturers are doing everything we can to make sure orders get fulfilled
timely.
We ship DHL, UPS and USPS. We offer FLAT RATES for shipping and these
in our shopping cart at paypal payment. If we have and overside product their
may be more shipping need to be added. if this should happen, we will email
customers and our customers, will have a chose to pay the shipping or have their
money refund.
If a refund is requested for a placed order, it must be approved
by our Accountant Dept. If item have been ship, we can't refund your money If
customers, want to return the item their will be a restock fees. We need to
verify item has not shipped, etc.
Tracking numbers and order information will
be available thur email as soon as your order is ship.
Please keep your invoice
when we email you. This will help when you need to inquire about an order.
Always include order number when inquiring about an order. Please always include
product code when inquiring about a specific product.
If we misship an item,
and on rare occasions this could occur, although we make every attempt to make
sure it does not, we reserve the option to have the item picked up for return to
us. Please notify us immediately if this does occur, and we'll advise as to how
the specific situation will be handled.

please always include the order number. If you have a question about a product,
please always include the product number.
We will do everything in our power to
assist when an item depletes stock. If we anticipate an item will be
unavailable, we post this information asap to the product.
