Ad #514818 - Awesome Lover Pup needs a co-parent (share a pet!)
Hello :)
I rescued an amazing pup from the streets of Memphis, Tenn. in August of 07, hence his name, "Memphis".
He's absolutely adorable and already extremely well trained at the following:
House trained
Walking on and off leash
sit/stay
lay down
roll over
wave
stand (just learned this one)
For 8 months old, he's already impressed 4 trainers by his intelligence and well mannered behavior as well as dozens of other animal lovers/owners.
Extremely sociable to all dogs, people and kids, he's an absolute joy to experience. Though it's at a minimum, he's still learning not to jump on people but if you keep up with him and tell him "down" whenever he's got that, "I wanna jump up and lick your face" expression, he's real good about it.
As I have recently found myself in dire need of assistance, I would love to share the responsibilities of this charming young pup short term - possibly long term if this is your desire.
Maybe you want a trail run to see if a pup is for you? Or maybe you'd like a pup but can't afford one? I can pay for him completely (as I only give him top quality dog food) or share expenses if it's in your budget to do so. Maybe you only want a part time pup?
