Sea Horse Ranch is a 250 acre gated community located between the towns of Sosua
and Cabarete, a ten-minute drive from Puerto Plata International airport.
Sea Horse Ranch was developed with a master plan that highlights and
preserves the natural environment.
You can choose from the villas that Sea
Horse Ranch currently offers for sale or build your own custom villa. Most
building sites are more than half an acre, allowing for homes of 4,000 square
feet and larger. Seaside and garden lots are available at Sea Horse Ranch with
an extensive choice of plans for immediate construction.
Owners and guests
enjoy access to five star private facilities which include the following:
Equestrian Center, Tennis Club, El Bosque Cafe and seaside pools at the Beach
Club. The Sea Horse Ranch Tennis Club features a Pro Shop and 5 clay courts.
The Oceanside Beach Club Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and
dinner.
The Equestrian Center offers tours on over 7 miles of trails and
lessons in dressage and jumping. The Sea Horse Ranch stables board paso finos,
quarter horses and thoroughbreds as well as ponies for children.
