One very large single fully furnished bedroom with double bed and walk in closet is available April 5 or May 1 on second floor $605/month (first & last months rent plus $230 security/damage deposit). Two rooms are available May 1 at $450/month all incl. each. Rooms furnished with a single bed complete with sheets, duvet & pillow, a desk, chair, closet for hanging clothes, chest of drawers, bedside table & lamp. Garage available.
Bedrooms all lock with an individual key. There is a one time administration fee of $30 when you leave, which will be deducted from your deposit.
The rent includes everything -- all utilities, cable TV, monitored alarm, basic telephone & Rogers cable wired and wireless Internet access (requires your own computer).
