Sanderling Beach House is located at the very end of Louis Head Beach. Louis Head is a small coastal community about 15 minutes away from Lockeport and 25 minutes from Shelburne. The beach house is about 100 meters from the high water mark. There is a two sided deck with a screened in porch and a boardwalk that traverses the sand dunes and connects the deck to the beach. There are three bedrooms all with queen size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite 3 piece washroom and there is a second washroom upstairs. There is a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities. Surrounded on three sides by sand and sea, there is spectacular view from every room. This is a true beach house!
