Hi. I am handfeeding baby cockatiels at the moment. These cockatiels are given extra care so that the transition from my home to yours will be an easy one.
Our babies are taken from the parents at a young age so that the bond between human and bird will be so strong with multiple feedings throughout the day.
When Babies are old enough, they are moved to different cages, play areas and settings throughout the day so that they get used to change and environments easily and flights if need be.
These birds are trained to be more than just a viewing item in a cage! They are willing and loving sweethearts that are treated like a family member.
When you put a deposit on a baby, I will give you updated pics of your baby till he she is fully weaned. I also offer lifetime support, delivery. When you receive your baby, he will be brought to you (or carried home in) a suitable carry box with handle (so you may use in future for clippings etc). You have the option to get your baby clipped or have the full flight option. Your baby will come to you with an In Woods Aviary Hatch Certificate. Oh, you may want DNA sexing?? No problem. $25.00 covers this and will be attached and recorded onto the hatch certificate. This way if you ever want a "mate" to your baby... this will make it easy (babies of your own, how much fun is that). Your baby will also come with a current supply of feed, millet, cuttlebone, etc.
