We bought this from a home builder ( it was being staged in a model home, never used or even plugged in ). Now, because we moved the appliance out of the model home to a new location, we voided the warranty ( call Goemans, they will explain ). The builder paid to have a tech come out and address the situation. The motor is burnt out - $200 total cost to fix, parts, labour, & taxes in. The builder compromised with us and charged us an additional $150 to have this replaced with an exact new one, with a valid warranty, so we jumped on it.

So here we are, trying to get some of our $150 back and to give someone a great deal on a great brand name appliance! I am willing to sign something stating that a tech had come out to address the problem and that it is the motor that is the problem. Even at this price, with the $200 cost of fixing it, you would be getting at least $100 off + an additional $58.50 ( 13% taxes on the $450 retail price tag ).
