We sign a 12 month lease of $1,395/ mo.rent. We give you $250/mo. credit towards the purchase price. That is up to $3,000 credit at purchase. We sign a separate agreement that gives you the option to buy the house whenever you want for up to 12 mos. The cost of that option is $3,000. Of course, you get full credit for the option fee at purchase. That can be $6,000 credit at purchase! This can be used for price reductions or downpayments when you buy.
