This is a project for the handyman. We started to
work on but decided we had no time to finish this project. Frames in good
shape. Set needs cleanup up, reupholstering.
**Includes FREE rocker.
On
the rocker there is noo seat, frame included. One rocker rung is broken, but we
are including a new cut wooden piece for replacement. You fix and put together.
This will make a real nice 3-piece set for someone.

my grandmother, or before...
