I run a parrot rescue out of my home.I run my rescue with a different twist than others. Instead of keeping tons and tons of birds waiting for homes what I do is have people fill out adoption applications in advance. I will approve or deny them as they come in.I have over 18 years experience and I'm very picky about where the birds I adopt out go.Currently I have many applications that have been approved and many great homes waiting for a new bird to spoil rotten.
I understand that life sometimes throws you a curveball and due to forclosure,illness,death in the family,a move,divorce,job loss, etc,you either must give up your parrot, or maybe you've been left with a parrot of someone else’s and you either can't or don't want to keep it.I am a safe nonjudgmental place to come to place that parrot.
