Key Components of role:
· General Accounting
· Product Costing
· Utility Costing
· Sound SAP knowledge and BW experience
· Manufacturing experience preferably in Petro-Chemical industry
· Capability to understand complex manufacturing cost flows and their mapping in SAP
· IAS Reporting requirements for global consolidated financial statements at head-office
· Canadian GAAP Financial Reporting
· Supervisory experience (3-4 direct reports)
· Ability to see big picture and understand how to make sound decisions based on detailed analysis
· Change Management ability
· Understanding restructuring
· Fast paced environment, ongoing changes
· Ability to motivate, coach, encourage staff and implement changes required
Qualifications:
· CA / CGA / CMA mandatory, CA preferred
· 7-10 years minimum experience at senior level
· Ability to operate independently with team
