Hello, I have two very old chinchillas who are in need of a good home. They
are both originally rescue chinchillas who have seen better days, ages estimated
to be 8 and 9. Due to mu schedule I simply don't have the time to care for them
anymore. I hate to admit it, but their life with me has deteriorated.
Cassie, my girl, has birthed 4 batches of kits and is done breeding. She is
missing one of her hind legs from her previous owner, who had an incident with a
mesh running wheel. She is an ebony, of sorts, but because I never was able to
get her pedigree, I'm not sure of which variety. Floyd, my boy, is the
father of all those kits. He is a Standard chin. He is very hen-pecked, hence
the condition of his fur. Bottom line is they both need a home where they
will receive love and more time than I can allow them anymore. If you would be
