for HYPP. Also carries a gene that will produce black/white paints. His

Bloodlines include Impressive(World Champion Halter, #4 AQHA All Time Leading
Sire), Conclusive(1982 AQHA World Champ. Halter, Sire of 18 World Champions),
and was sired by Obviously a Mister(honor roll sire, superior halter)...his
bloodlines are full of champions and champion producers. This guy has the best
personality you could ask for, he simply wants to please you. He loves learning
new things, breaking him to saddle should be a breeze. He has been in Lebanon,
KY for the past few months, and has improved in leaps and bounds. Works great in
a round pen, very in tune to your body language. He is such a pleasure to work
with. He is very affectionate, and gets very attatched to the person working
with him. Charlie would have been around 16 hh however he was not fed properly
as a baby, which in turn stunted his growth, so he will throw large babies, his
bloodlines include many horses averaging around 15.3 hh. He is a fast learner,
he craves attention and is not getting it due to lack of time. I cannot say
enough good things about this horse.
I am looking for someone to lease him,
I would consider sending him to a different state as long as I knew he was being
taken care of. The lessor would be required to train Charlie under saddle, and
show him in a minimum of three APHA shows. I would prefer him trained western
pleasure, he also could do some reining, he has a natural spin on him.
I would
want Charlie to stand at stud at the lessors farm, You would get 60% of the stud
fee, unless I referred the mare to you, then you would get 50%. Also, lessor
will get 4 free breedings to any of lessors mares, and a 50% discount for
additional mares. I would like a copy of the mares papers and the breeding
aggreement and a check for my part within ten days of the last breeding.
I
would require frequent pictures and updates on Charlies health and training. I
would want a copy of any vet work done within 10 days of the vet seeing him.
Lessor is responsible for paying for all upkeep of the horse, including vet
work, farrier, etc.
