You are asking way too much for a quick re-home of a possible problem bird. Most bird people will take one look at that cage in the picture and realize that if they get him they would have to get him an appropriate cage, that one is way too small. You also said he had his nails and wings clipped by a Vet, but did he have a Vet check and blood work at the same time? I have birds and I would never take in a bird without a Vet check.
So lets add this up
Bird - $650
Cage - $200 that's a cheap one
Vet Check, blood work and fecal- $230
Possible meds - $50
Toys for the new cage $100
That adds up to $1140, and not such a great deal.
