hello hes a Congo Grey male he does talk he also whistles and makes lots of sound effects he is very tame just as long as you let him get used to your presence hes great i have had him for one year he is two years old and really a great bird the only thing is he used to pluck a little and so he has a small spot on his neck and a smaller spot on his chest but new feathers are growing in at the moment and ive put old shirts news paper and many toys for him to shred up around him so hes stopping this behavior im located in Dearborn heights Michigan his fee is $650 Thanks
